Terms of Service

Effective October 14, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Nguyen Tam (A17Lab) (“we”, “us”), the maker of PomoDuctivity, a Pomodoro timer app for Windows (“the app”). PomoDuctivity is published on the Microsoft Store under the name innobee. By downloading, installing, using or buying the app, or using pomoductivity.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Windows devices you own or control, for your own use, in line with these terms. The app is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights, title and intellectual property in the app, its design, artwork, sounds and the PomoDuctivity name.

2. Free and Pro versions

The free version of the app can be used at no cost. PomoDuctivity Pro unlocks additional features, currently unlimited tasks, white noise and the cat mini timer, as described on the pricing page. Pro is available as:

Pro Yearly: $14.99 per year, a subscription that renews automatically every year until you cancel.
Pro Lifetime: $29.99 once, a one-time payment for Pro on PomoDuctivity for Windows, including future updates, for as long as we offer the app.

Prices are in US dollars and may exclude sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout.

3. Purchases on pomoductivity.com (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you buy on pomoductivity.com, you buy from Paddle and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply. Paddle processes your payment, collects any applicable taxes and sends your receipt. We do not receive or store your card details.

4. Purchases inside the app (Microsoft Store)

Purchases made inside the app or on the Microsoft Store are sold by Microsoft and are subject to the Microsoft Store terms. Billing, renewals and cancellation for those purchases are managed in your Microsoft account.

5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

The Yearly plan renews automatically at the end of each yearly period and you are charged the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time with the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing [email protected]. For Microsoft Store subscriptions, cancel in your Microsoft account.
After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
If we change the price of the Yearly plan, we will tell you before the change applies to your next renewal.

6. No refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including Pro Yearly and Pro Lifetime, as set out in our refund policy. You can use the free version to try the app before buying. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the app;
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law expressly allows it;
bypass or interfere with licensing, purchase checks or other technical limits of the app;
use the app or its online features, such as the leaderboard or profile, to post unlawful, offensive or misleading content, or to impersonate others;
use the app in a way that harms our servers or other users.

8. Accounts and online features

Signing in is optional. If you sign in, you are responsible for your account and for the display name and picture you choose. We may remove content or suspend access to online features that break these terms.

9. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy.

10. Updates and availability

We may update the app, add, change or remove features, and change which features are part of Pro, as long as we do not materially reduce what a paid plan includes during the period you have paid for. Some features need an internet connection. We may stop offering the app in the future; if so, we will try to give reasonable notice.

11. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. PomoDuctivity is a productivity tool and does not give medical or professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Termination

These terms apply until ended by you or us. You can end them at any time by uninstalling the app. Your license ends automatically if you break these terms. Sections 6, 11, 12 and 15 continue to apply after termination.

14. Trademarks

Pomodoro™ and Pomodoro Technique® are trademarks of Francesco Cirillo. PomoDuctivity is not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by Francesco Cirillo.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the consumer law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply.
