Pricing questions
What is the difference between Yearly and Lifetime?
Both unlock the same Pro features: unlimited tasks, white noise and the cat mini timer. Yearly costs $14.99 and renews every year until you cancel. Lifetime costs $29.99 once, never renews, and includes future updates of PomoDuctivity for Windows.
Does the Yearly plan renew automatically?
Yes. The Yearly plan renews every year at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the year you already paid for. You will not be charged again after cancelling.
How do I cancel the Yearly plan?
Use the cancellation link in your Paddle receipt email, or email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you. If you subscribed inside the app through the Microsoft Store, cancel under Services & subscriptions in your Microsoft account. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the plan.
Can I get a refund?
No. All PomoDuctivity purchases are final and non-refundable, including Yearly and Lifetime. The free version lets you try the app before you buy. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Details are in the refund policy.
Who processes the payment?
Purchases on pomoductivity.com are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, sales tax and invoices, and its name appears on your bank statement. Purchases made inside the app through the Microsoft Store are processed by Microsoft. We never see or store your card details.
Which PCs does PomoDuctivity run on?
PomoDuctivity runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11, on x86, x64 and ARM64 PCs, and installs from the Microsoft Store.
