Activate PomoDuctivity Pro

For license keys bought on pomoductivity.com

After you buy Pro Yearly or Pro Lifetime on pomoductivity.com, you get a license key on the checkout screen and by email. It looks like PD-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.

Activate in three steps

Install or update PomoDuctivity from the Microsoft Store. The License tab needs the latest version.
Open PomoDuctivity, go to Settings, then the License tab.
Paste your key and click Activate. Pro unlocks right away.

One key works on up to 3 PCs. Moving to a new PC? On the old one, open Settings › License and click Deactivate This PC first, or email us and we will free it for you. Pro keeps working offline.

I can't find my license key

Search your inbox and spam folder for "Pomoductivity Pro license key" or for a receipt from Paddle, which processes our payments. Still nothing? Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and we will send it again.

I don't see a License tab in Settings

Update PomoDuctivity from the Microsoft Store (Library › Get updates), then open Settings again. The License tab is in the newest version.

It says the key is already active on 3 PCs

On one of those PCs, open Settings › License and click Deactivate This PC. If you no longer have that PC, email [email protected] and we will free a place for you.

It says this key isn't for PomoDuctivity

PomoDuctivity keys start with PD-. Make sure you pasted the key from your PomoDuctivity purchase email, not a key for another app.

How do I cancel the Yearly plan?

Use the cancellation link in your Paddle receipt email, or email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you. Pro stays active until the end of the year you paid for. See the refund policy.

I bought Pro inside the app instead

Purchases made inside PomoDuctivity through the Microsoft Store need no key: Pro unlocks automatically when you are signed in to the Microsoft Store with the same account.
